- * 510ml Can Coconut Water
- * 1 banana
- * 2 slices of pineapple
- * 1 handful of spinach
- * Few chunks of cucumber
- * 1 scoop vanilla protein of your choice
- * Handful of Ice

- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high and pour into your favorite glass.
