  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 peeled lemon
  • 1 peeled lime
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 – 2 cms of fresh ginger
  • 1 – 2 cms of fresh turmeric
  • 1 510ml Can Coconut Essence Coconut Water
    Super Green Coconut Juice
  • Pears
  • Green apples
  • Cucumbers
  • Lemons
  • Oranges
  • Celery
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Cos Lettuce
  • Fresh 1-2cm piece of turmeric
  • Fresh 1-2cm piece of ginger

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add a small handful of ice cubes if you prefer it a little thicker and cooler.
