- • 330ml Coconut Essence Coconut Water
- • 3 Tablespoons Greek Yoghurt
- Or Kefir if lactose intolerant
- • 1 Banana
- • Pinch or two of cinnamon
- • 1 piece of ginger
- • Raspberries, Strawberries or
- Blueberries
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy! Don’t have a large expensive blender? Use a stick blender instead they are much cheaper and available from most shops.
